Safety Programs & Training

Elexco team members participate in ongoing safety programs that emphasize proper techniques, front-of-mind awareness and personal responsibility. Our subcontractors are also required to adhere to our safety protocols, and they attend regularly scheduled safety training sessions and lectures.

Each week, our forepersons conduct formal Tool Box Talks that explore new industry information and job-specific safety issues. Each morning, forepersons also post daily safety reminders before our team begins the workday.
