Jeff Seidl (President and Founder)
Jeff is known for inspiring innovation in his employees, his commitment to customer problem solving and professionalism.
A master electrician since 1993, Jeff has a diverse and extensive construction background. Over a three-year period, Jeff helped facilitate growth of the electrical shop he apprenticed in and tripled the small company's offerings. His entrepreneurial spirit saw potential in diversification, and in 1996 Jeff and business partner Troy Ullmer formed Elexco Inc. Thanks to the partner's insightful leadership, Elexco continues to thrive and offer cutting-edge services to customers throughout the nation.
Mike Otto (Vice President of Operations)
Mike is known for his construction expertise as well as his ability to successfully manage multiple projects in various geographical locations.
Mike has more than 15 years of progressive experience in operations management in construction environments. He has extensive experience in acquisition and construction of cellular tower sites. A graduate of the UW-Oshkosh, Mike also has numerous installation certifications for products specific to the wireless construction industry.
Kelly Runge (Chief Financial Officer)
Kelly specializes in accounting that specifically targets the construction industry, making her a valuable resource to Elexco and our customers.
For 13 years, Kelly worked with a variety of construction firms as their CPA business consultant. She was responsible for process design of fiduciary, tax and accounting functions. Today, Kelly is fluent in a wide variety of construction accounting software platforms, including Timberline. She is an active member of several professional organizations and affiliations that support construction and accounting initiatives such as ABC, WICPA, AICPA and CMFA.

Dave Van Rite (Senior Project Manager)
Dave has considerable industry experience and has maintained a flawless project management record from the first day he joined the Elexco team.
Dave has more than 25 years of broad-range construction and design experience. He has managed high-budget projects in 43 states and all provinces of Canada. Dave's exemplary operational record spans the entire course of his career, and he's never been served with a lawsuit or lien for any construction project under his management.
Jodi Boucher (Project Assistant)
Jodi has 5 years of experience in the construction industry. She currently assists the Vice President in all phases of project delivery as it is related to clerical, project coordination, and customer service needs.
Jodi regularly communicates with customers, subcontractors and crews. Jodi exercises discretion when asserting concerns, has a strong desire to solve problems and a willingness to make decisions which derives from a solid construction background.

Chris Wagner (Maintenance Manager)
Chris is dedicated to providing exceptional equipment maintenance that improves efficiency, reduces downtime and keeps the Elexco team safe.
As the Elexco Maintenance Manager, Chris brings more than 20 years of mechanical repair experience to our team. In addition, he has the effective management skills necessary to keep our transport company fleet operating at peak performance.
