Elexco is looking for an individual who is:

  • Accountable:  Dedicated to the timely, accurate management of the daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
  • Knowledgeable:  CPA certification preferred, demonstrates knowledge of GAAP, reporting requirements, and financial standards
  • Collaborative:  Effectively communicates with the Leadership team to positively impact the organization
  • Tech Savvy:  Proficient in Sage 300 CRE, Microsoft 365, and innovative software technologies that drive efficiency and productivity
  • Relationship Oriented:  Builds and maintains relationships with clients and vendors, and professional services providers
  • Efficient:  Manages multiple priorities for multiple organizations effectively
  • Demonstrates High Ethical Standards:  Values prudence and confidentiality in conducting business

Experience required to be successful in the role:

  • Construction Experience:  Coordinates with the Project Management team to manage and monitor construction budgets, contract schedules, job costing, WIP, and job closeouts
  • Asset Protection:  Manages equipment purchases, sales, depreciation schedules and insurance
  • Expertise in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll 
  • Skilled Planner:  Creates budgets and supports financial planning
  • Effective Problem Solver:  Assess situations to solving problems by presenting innovative and creative solutions
  • Educated Professional:  Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Degree/Work Experience, CPA or related professional designations preferred
