Service crew members play a critical role in the success of a project. While a service crew team member may be involved in any part of a project, they work on finishing the field work to complete the project. Service crews assist in the placement of the final equipment and restore the work site to the pre-work condition. Individuals who like to dig in the dirt, build things, operate equipment and see a project through to the may enjoy working on a service crew.

We are looking for an Service Crew Member who:
- Enjoys being a part of the team
- Demonstrates smart situational awareness
- Values safety as top priority
- Performs routine maintenance of equipment and works with our shop technicians to troubleshoot repairs needed in the field
- Has excellent communication skills
- Able to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time
Responsibilities Include:
- Transporting the equipment to and from the worksite (CDL Required)
- Operating equipment including a mini excavator and skid
- Reading blueprints
- Working outside in all types of weather
- Trench, place duct, pull cable, and direct bury main-line and drops
- Works collaboratively in a team
- Solving problems in the field
- Communicating with the crew, foreperson and project manager
- Demonstrating safety and understanding of OHSA safety guidelines
- Routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues in the field
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs. and team lifting objects up to 150 lbs.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
- Current Fed Med Card
- Credit Reports or Background Check
- Drug Screening and/or Physical Assessment
- OSHA, First Aid, and CPR Certifications Desired
